As a trusted partner in the heavy civil and infrastructure markets, we provide top-tier support, training, and implementation services.Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $26-$35.Position SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant who applies principals of accounting to analyze, record and reconcile financial information and prepare financial reports by performing the following duties.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of journal entries with supporting documentationPreparation and maintenance of excel spreadsheets for account analysis and reportingResponsible for cash reconciliationResponsible for all company inventory reconciliationsCapitalization and depreciation of fixed assetsCollects appropriate data to prepare sales tax returns, 1099s and other informational and/or compliance reportingBe able to work independentlySupport financial operations by performing complex accounting services related to preparing, analyzing, maintaining and reviewing various financial statements, records and reportsOther duties as assignedBachelor’s degree preferably in accounting, finance, economics or related business administration field.
