What You’ll Be DoingCadmus seeks a Management Analyst I (TS/SCI required) to join our Health Security Team in our Advisory and Implementation Services Division. The ideal candidate must be talented, motivated, intellectually curious, flexible, and have experience in homeland security and public health. For more information, visitcadmusgroup.com.In this role, you will support training & exercise (T&E) leadership with:Design planning and preparatory aspects of the T&E processScheduling T&E meetings and lead team communicationsDeveloping T&E documentation / materialsPreparing for planning meetingsExecuting discussion-based and operations-based exercisesCoordinating development of post-exercise lessons learned and develop action item reports and improvement plansCommunicating professionally (oral and written) with colleagues and clients, in varying time zonesRequired Qualifications:More than 2 years of Training & Exercise experience in the US Federal and/or State and Local spaceBS/BA degreeActive TS clearance and SCI eligible - US Citizenship is requiredStrong critical thinking and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsPrior consulting/professional services experience workingPrior experience supporting T&E activities and leading specific tasksProficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelDemonstrated data analytics and visualizations skills using statistical and analytical software (GIS, Tableau, Excel, etc.)Some domestic travel may be required (typically no more than 10%) Additional Information:Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs.The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000.
