Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in Atwater, California. This position offers a long-term contract opportunity providing the chance to work in a dynamic and detail-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial operations. Responsibilities: u2022 Process full-cycle payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees. u2022 Maintain and update payroll records, verifying data for compliance and accuracy. u2022 Utilize payroll systems, including ADP, to manage employee information and payment processing. u2022 Collaborate with accounting and HR teams to reconcile payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries. u2022 Generate detailed payroll reports and ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations. u2022 Perform data entry tasks, including 10-key input, with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy. u2022 Monitor payroll-related accounts and assist with financial computations as needed. u2022 Identify and resolve payroll issues, providing solutions to maintain smooth operations. u2022 Stay informed about updates in payroll practices, systems, and relevant legislation.
