Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Operations Manager 1 for Adventist Health Mendocino Coast, a 25-bed critical access hospital in Fort Bragg, CA. This role oversees daily operations to ensure a clean, safe, and compliant environment that supports patient care and satisfaction. What You'll Do + Lead daily EVS operations to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant hospital environment that supports patient care and regulatory readiness. + Drive quality and patient satisfaction by setting standards, conducting inspections/rounding, and responding quickly to service requests from clinical partners. + Coach, schedule, and develop frontline teams , ensuring training in infection prevention, safety, and proper use of equipment and chemicals. + Optimize workflows and resources u2014manage inventory, staffing, and task assignments to meet service levels, budgets, and performance metrics.
