The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front desk operations, patient interaction, and highu2011volume medical environments. This role requires exceptional customer service, professionalism, and the ability to multitask efficiently. The selected candidate must be flexible and able to provide coverage across two Westerville offices and two Delaware offices. Schedules will be provided ahead of time, but the candidate must be willing to fill in on short notice. Key Responsibilities + Greet patients warmly with eye contact, a smile, and a positive attitude. + Assist new patients with paperwork and answer questions as needed. + Complete patient registration, verify demographics, and ensure accuracy. + Perform insurance verifications and authorization tasks. + Collect cou2011pays and follow proper payment guidelines. + Deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. + Support daily frontu2011office operations to ensure efficient patient flow. Minimum Qualifications + 1+ year of experience in a medical front desk, general frontu2011desk, or customer service role. + Strong interpersonal communication skills. + Ability to manage a heavy workload in a busy environment. + Proficient in computer and datau2011entry skills. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) + Experience with EMR systems. + Knowledge of insurance processes and terminology. + Experience collecting cou2011pays. + Familiarity with entering and updating patient demographics.
