Cleaner Overnight Lead Stadium

Overview + Overnight role. PNC Park. Ensure all suites, club areas, and premium spaces are cleaned to established standards. + Work closely with stadium operations, event staff, and management to understand event schedules and cleaning priorities. + Train, and support a team of suite cleaners during event and nonu2011event days. + Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages. + Ensure staff follow all safety procedures, including chemical handling and equipment operation. + Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure all work is completed on schedule. + Conduct preu2011event briefings and postu2011event walkthroughs with staff. + Provide coaching, feedback, and onu2011theu2011job guidance. + Ensure all suites, club areas, and premium spaces are cleaned to established standards. + Perform quality checks on completed work, including restrooms, seating areas, kitchens, bars, and highu2011touch surfaces. + Respond quickly to cleaning requests or issues during events.
