Our client, a leading organization in the gaming and digital entertainment industry, is seeking a Advertising Campaign Manager 5 to join their team. As a Advertising Campaign Manager 5, you will be part of the Digital Marketing department supporting the Console Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Advertising Campaign Manager 5 Location: Redmond, WA (hybrid) Pay Range: $50-$55/hr depending on experience What's the Job? + Drive digital marketing campaign strategies for console, PC, cloud, and mobile experiences, managing over 20 campaigns per month. + Develop messaging, imagery, audience targeting, and propose experiments to optimize campaign performance. + Review campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and communicate campaign plans and performance reports. + Lead onboarding processes for new team members and support continuous campaign innovation. What's Needed? + Minimum 7 years of experience in advertising, media planning, or digital marketing, preferably within the gaming industry. + Proven expertise in developing and managing marketing campaigns, including copywriting and messaging. + Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate with programming, content, and engineering teams. + Experience in analyzing campaign data and optimizing strategies for better performance. + College degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
