Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cleveland, North Carolina. In this Contract to permanent position, you will provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of interactions while maintaining professionalism. This is a PART-TIME position, with the following hours: + Sunday 12pm-6pm + M 9am-7pm + W 9am-7pm + F 9am-1pm Responsibilities: u2022 Assist customers in navigating the website and completing necessary steps. u2022 Schedule appointments with customers and guide them through the process of placing deposits for puppies. u2022 Handle 25-50 calls and texts daily, with increased volume during holidays. u2022 Provide clear instructions and support for completing applications without focusing on financial details. u2022 Capture and share photos of dogs to enhance customer interactions. u2022 Utilize software platforms such as WooCommerce and RingCentral to manage communications effectively. u2022 Respond promptly to inquiries, ensuring thorough follow-up and resolution. u2022 Work both onsite and remotely, adapting to varying schedules and tasks. u2022 Maintain empathy and professionalism in all customer interactions. u2022 Multitask effectively to manage multiple priorities and deliver excellent service. Requirements u2022 Experience in a call center or customer service role. u2022 Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls. u2022 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. u2022 Familiarity with order entry processes and technical systems. u2022 Ability to provide empathetic and patient assistance to customers. u2022 Quick learner with the ability to navigate technology efficiently. u2022 Effective multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities. u2022 Availability to work flexible hours, including remote and onsite shifts.
