Epic Radiant Analyst

Job Description Job Description: Application Support & KLO Operations u2014 Provide dayu2011tou2011day support for the Epic Radiant module, including troubleshooting, break/fix resolution, workflow issues, and system monitoring to ensure consistent operational performance. Ticket Management u2014 Triage, analyze, and resolve incoming service requests and incidents; collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to understand issues and deliver timely solutions. Minor Project Work u2014 Participate in small to midu2011sized enhancement efforts such as workflow refinements, configuration updates, template adjustments, and integration touchpoints with ancillary systems. Upgrade Readiness & Testing u2014 Review Epic release notes, assess impact to Radiant workflows, perform system and regression testing, validate functionality, and support gou2011live activities for quarterly upgrades. Build & Configuration u2014 Configure new features introduced through upgrades or organizational initiatives, including exam protocols, imaging workflows, worklists, rules, and related Radiant components. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing u2014 Maintain clear documentation of build decisions, workflows, test scripts, and support processes; contribute to team knowledge bases and training materials. Crossu2011Functional Collaboration u2014 Work closely with Radiology leadership, technologists, providers, and IT teams to ensure system changes align with clinical needs and organizational goals. Continuous Improvement u2014 Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, improve system reliability, and enhance the endu2011user experience.
