FTE: 1.000000 Shift: Flexible 1st shift 7 am to 5 pm JobSummary: This individual will serve in an advisory role to implementambulatory capacity related improvement initiatives across the clinicalenterprise, as determined by Capacity Management Manager and overseen bythe Director. This role is a key translator of ambulatory clinic accessneeds into technical and workflow success. The Analyst collaborates withclinical, IT, and operational management and supervisors to implementaccess improvement initiatives, while leveraging data to drive projectsuccess. Executes capacity management work to strategic initiativesthroughout the enterprise to achieve organizational targets. Maintains agoal-oriented climate of cross-team collaboration for effectiveproblem-solving, conflict resolution, support for organizational valuesand standard work. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: 3 years experience to includethe majority of the following: serve as a technical or operationalexpert for a group of employees, analyzing data to solve problems,provide guidance to and/or assist staff on non-routine or escalatedissues required. Strong computer and electronic health record knowledge.Strong understanding of Epic Template Management and Cadenceconfiguration. Previous experience in physician group practice andancillary scheduling workflows. Previous experience in informationtechnology, logistics or business process flow. Project managementexperience within an academic medical center environment. EDUCATIONDESCRIPTION: Bachelor's Degree in related healthcare or business arearequired. In lieu of degree, an additional 4 years of experience may beconsidered. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Epic Cadenceproficiency/certification is preferred. Compensation, Benefits & Perksat Froedtert Health Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly)$28.42 - $48.62.
