Site Reliability Engineer III

Description We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer/SRE to support a largeu2011scale Firco Insight ecosystem consisting of 40+ environments and 400+ servers. This role focuses heavily on CI/CD optimization, Terraform troubleshooting, automation, and environment stability. You will work closely with Development and SRE teams to streamline deployments, reduce manual effort, and improve overall reliability. Key Responsibilities: u00b7 Customize and stabilize complex CI/CD pipelines using Octopus Deploy, GitHub Actions, and Terraform (OCL/HCL) u00b7 Create, update, and simplify deployment scripts using PowerShell u00b7 Troubleshoot and optimize Terraform configurations and IaC components u00b7 Collaborate closely with development and SRE teams to streamline deployments and reduce manual effort u00b7 Manage secrets using AWS KMS and GitHub Secrets u00b7 Build and maintain reusable automation scripts and templates u00b7 Support 40+ environments and 400+ servers Requirements Qualifications: u00b7 8+ years in DevOps or SRE roles u00b7 Handsu2011on experience with Octopus Deploy (or similar orchestration tools) u00b7 Strong PowerShell scripting skills u00b7 Solid experience with GitHub workflows and GitHub Actions u00b7 Working knowledge of AWS services and architecture u00b7 High School Diploma u00b7 Deep familiarity with complex deployment systems u00b7 Knowledge of security best practices u00b7 Strong communication and documentation skills u00b7 Prior SRE experience Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.u00ae Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
