Description We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our fun and supportive team You'll engage in employee relations, policy implementation, onboarding, benefit administration, and help foster a positive workplace from. Responsibilities: u2022 Supervise and lead the HR team to ensure smooth daily operations and effective collaboration. u2022 Provide support and guidance to hourly employees, addressing their needs and concerns. u2022 Advise managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, policy adherence, and conflict resolution. u2022 Investigate workplace complaints, concerns, and policy violations thoroughly and impartially. u2022 Maintain accurate documentation of HR actions in compliance with legal and company standards. u2022 Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate successfully into the organization. u2022 Manage employee benefits programs and provide assistance with related inquiries. u2022 Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and improve workflow efficiency. u2022 Promote positive employee relations by fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws. Requirements u2022 At least 1 year of experience in a human resources role. u2022 Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices. u2022 Proficiency in HR administration, including onboarding and benefits management. u2022 Familiarity with HRIS systems and ability to utilize them effectively. u2022 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse employee groups. u2022 Ability to handle sensitive situations and conduct thorough investigations. u2022 Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records. u2022 Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.
