The ideal Senior Credit Analyst candidate will have strong financial statement analysis and a proactive approach to monitoring financial data and customer accounts. Other responsibilities of this Senior Credit Analyst will include but not be limited to: Senior Credit Analyst Responsibilities: u2022 Manage a portfolio of high-profile accounts by monitoring and controlling credit exposures effectively. u2022 Analyze credit data and financial statements of customers to assess creditworthiness and determine credit limits. u2022 Negotiate and secure appropriate credit instruments such as guarantees, letters of credit, and collateral to reduce financial risk. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams, including Commercial, Contracts Administration, and Legal, to ensure accuracy in transactional documents and contracts. u2022 Identify opportunities to improve cash flow and address delinquent accounts promptly through regular portfolio reviews. u2022 Resolve disputes by working closely with counterparties and internal departments like Customer Care, Billing, and Cash Application. u2022 Evaluate changes in customer creditworthiness and financial standing to align credit capacity with potential sales volumes. u2022 Prepare periodic reports to support daily credit evaluations and provide insights for management planning. u2022 Forecast credit exposures based on anticipated product movements and ensure compliance with credit requirements. u2022 Continuously improve credit processes by proposing enhancements to risk mitigation, internal controls, and cash flow strategies. This Senior Credit Analyst position is paying between $100,000 and $125,000 annually depending on experience.
