Project Manager, Engineering

Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager who will manage and deliver complex, multi-dimensional projects in an Agile environment. You will operate in a matrix environment, managing cross-functional projects that enable and support business goals. As the Project Manager, you will be directly accountable for the projectu2019s results - using best practices to plan, execute, and deliver. You will lead, guide and motivate your team(s) to deliver strategic initiatives with operational excellence. This role requires strong communication and relationship building skills to effectively manage projects with diverse teams, key stakeholders, and senior executives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES u2022u2003Own planning and delivery of Engineering Enablement initiatives across CI/CD, release engineering, infrastructure, quality, and security platforms u2022u2003Partner with Engineering, Security, and Platform teams to define roadmaps that improve reliability, scalability, and developer productivity u2022u2003Drive execution of cross-team programs, managing scope, dependencies, risks, and timelines from concept through production rollout u2022u2003Translate engineering needs into clear requirements, milestones, and success metrics for tooling, automation, and platform improvements u2022u2003Ensure delivery aligns with secure-by-default standards, compliance requirements, and operational best practices u2022u2003Define, track, and regularly report on quality, efficiency, and developer experience metrics through clear, actionable dashboards u2022u2003Coach teams on project management best practices to deliver high-quality products and services u2022u2003Coordinate across multiple teams and project managers to align strategy, delivery, and dependencies u2022u2003Proactively manage risks, resolve impediments, and build consensus while maintaining appropriate urgency u2022u2003Maintain transparency and team health by establishing consistent communication, up-to-date documentation, and regular qualitative and quantitative reporting We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
