This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a professional who brings warmth, reliability, and strong communication skills to every interaction. Languages Required: Fluent in Spanish & English Haitian Creole is a plus (not required) Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer service calls with professionalism and care Conduct outbound follow-ups with existing and prospective clients Provide sales support to licensed insurance agents Perform basic administrative tasks and CRM updates Ensure Spanish-speaking clients feel respected, understood, and valued Non-Negotiables Warm, respectful, and professional phone presence No condescending tone — cultural sensitivity is essential Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a steady call volume Comfortable working full-time, in-office Nice-to-Haves Experience in an insurance office, call center, hospitality, or sales environment Prior work with diverse, bilingual communities Existing Florida insurance license (2-15, 4-40, or 2-20) Licensing preferred but not required Licensing Florida 2-15, 4-40, or 2-20 license preferred Candidates without a license are still encouraged to apply If you’re dependable, people-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment, we’d love to hear from you.
