Sales Support Specialist 📍 Location: Natick, MA🕒 Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm (Flexible)💰 Salary: $50,000-$65,000/year + profit sharing & annual bonus Our client is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support their Convenience Store Channel sales team by providing accurate, timely administrative and operational support. This role serves as a key liaison between sales, manufacturers, and customers and is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with data and leveraging advanced Excel skills to keep processes running smoothly. Responsibilities: Coordinate weekly sales calls and monthly sales meetings, including schedules and agendas Create sales materials including sell sheets, presentations, and meeting decks Support customer meetings, business reviews, and sales planning activities Coordinate trade shows, marketing events, and manufacturer market/store visits Maintain product lists, Plan-O-Grams, and distribution trackers Process new item setup, pricing changes, vendor paperwork, rebates, and promotional programs Manage trade spending, deductions, and CRM updates Support order-related inquiries including pricing, product specs, and validation Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Advanced Excel required; proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Ability to learn new systems and adapt to shifting priorities #3368OS
