We deliver and coordinate a continuum of high-quality healthcare with the goal of improving the health of our communities. _Position Summary:_ Our Diagnostic Imaging Schedulers are responsible for optimal workflow in scheduling and coordination of Diagnostic Imaging procedures according to department protocols.The Leader Scheduler is responsible to perform a wide variety of duties to include coordination of support staff workflow, scheduling and coordinating patient procedures for Radiology according to department protocols, while ensuring an environment which promotes a positive patient experience. _Education:_High School Diploma or equivalent required. _Experience:_Two (2) years experience in a hospital or health care related field is preferred. _KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:_ Working knowledge of medical terminology to include diagnosis codes. Accurate grammar, spelling and punctuation skills necessary. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with departments, employees, physicians and managers. Strong customer service orientation.
