Salary Range: $121,000 - $137,500 per year. The above base pay range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of Wayfairu2019s total compensation package for employees. Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commissions and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a comprehensive suite of medical, financial and additional benefits. This position is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our Boston HQ (Monday-Thursday will be working in office and Friday is work from home). This is not a virtual / remote position. Who We Are To win in the home goods space, Wayfair must regularly make tactical decisions to influence revenue trends and improve the customer experience while keeping a tight pulse on strategic goals. Wayfairu2019s Business Trends team is the C-suiteu2019s right hand in steering revenue growth, monitoring performance drivers, and surfacing tactical opportunities in real time. We are looking for a Manager to drive the revenue performance narrative for Wayfairu2019s International business (WFUK and WFCA) and support our Specialty Retail Brands (SRBs) and Perigold. This role combines sharp analytical deep-dives with executive storytelling to shape weekly leadership decisions. A major priority for this role is the evolution of our toolkit, specifically building out agentic AI workflows to automate reporting and accelerate the delivery of insights. This role offers an opportunity to shape the revenue agenda of a Fortune 500 e-commerce leader, with visibility and impact at the highest levels of the company. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical acumen, an ability to tie different data inputs to a consistent narrative, and strong cross-team collaboration to influence both short- and long-term revenue tactics.
