Candidates should reside locally in the Washington DC metro area. This application is not for full-time employment. Responsibilities: + Production office set-up and maintenance + Tracking and re-stocking production supplies + Set-up and maintain craft services + Assisting with Clock In/Out Staff and Radio Sign In/Out + Printing and copying (signage assembly, paperwork, documents for client, etc) + Assistance with furniture assembly and placement (tables, chairs, storage shelves, etc,) + Errand running (hardware stores, general merchandise retail, specialty stores, coffee, meals) + Administrative tasks + Cleaning and tidying + Assisting team with meal orders for key working positions. + Use of credit card and receipt tracking as instructed + Help inventory onsite items (rentals, purchases, etc) + Answering guest questions, directional assistance + Role will be on feet and moving around. + This role in particular does have fluidity to it and may vary based on project needs Position Requirements: + Bacheloru2019s degree and/or a minimum of 1-2 years of live event, entertainment, theater, touring concert and/or production experience and past experience. + Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal & written + Work with TAITu2019s larger producer and production teams as well as client and vendors + Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy + Computer skills: Macintosh OS or Window platform using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. Google Drive proficiency. + Ensure that all work conforms to pre-established specifications & standards of TAIT. + Work with discretion, diplomacy, confidentiality, and tact in high-pressure settings. + Demonstrate a sense of urgency & act responsively + Work independently as well as within a team environment + Supremely organized, detail-oriented, and thorough + Availability in Mayu2014 June 2026 in Washington DC TAIT is an equal opportunity employer fully committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
