Analytical Chemist

Description Develop, optimize, and execute analytical methods to characterize raw materials, intermediates, and finished products Operate and maintain analytical instrumentation such as GCu2011FID/MS, HPLC, LCu2011MS, NMR, and related techniques Interpret complex datasets and clearly communicate findings to R&D, process, and manufacturing teams Provide analytical support for product development, scaleu2011up, and troubleshooting efforts Support impurity profiling, stability testing, and method validation activities Create and maintain technical documentation, test methods, and standard operating procedures Ensure laboratory activities comply with safety standards and applicable quality systems (ISO, GLP, internal standards) Additional Skills & Qualifications Bacheloru2019s degree in Chemistry or related field with 5+ years analytical experience OR Masteru2019s degree with 3+ years analytical experience Strong handsu2011on experience with GC and HPLC methods Demonstrated ability to independently run, troubleshoot, and maintain analytical instrumentation Experience analyzing and interpreting complex analytical results Comfortable working in a collaborative, onsite laboratory environment Preferred: Experience with analytical method development and validation Exposure to LCu2011MS, NMR, or elemental analysis techniques Familiarity with chromatography data systems (e.g., ChemStation, MassHunter, Empower, etc.) Background supporting both R&D and manufacturing operations Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Cincinnati, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
