Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree. + Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients. + Ability to travel for client meetings and training, as needed. Preferred qualifications: + Experience building trusted advisor relationships at multiple altitudes, including C-level executives, while managing complex projects and internal stakeholders. + Knowledge of Google Ads solutions, performance marketing, and AI-driven media strategies, with a focus on delivering measurable return on investment and an understanding of the competitive retail ads industry. + Ability to solve complex business issues by translating highly technical solutions into creative, actionable strategies. + Ability to be a proven leader across teams, vertical, and the industry, with the ability to set ambitious goals and develop the strategic plan necessary to achieve for both the customer and Google on accounts roadmaps.
