There has never been a more exciting time to be part of Micronu2019s expansion in Boise As the Senior Manager for Thin Films, you will lead an exceptional team responsible for new product introduction and ramp at Micronu2019s newest memory fab. This co-located R&D and manufacturing site creates a rare opportunity to move technologies seamlessly from development to high-volume production. Your leadership will be pivotal in building a strong team culture, enabling equipment readiness, driving yield performance, and collaborating across Technology Development, Facilities, Procurement, and industry partners. Job Responsibilities: + Build, mentor, and lead a high performingteam of process engineers + Drive process transfer, equipment readiness, and yield ramp fornew technologies + Partner closely with Technology Development, Manufacturing, and suppliers across geographies + Champion a safe and positive work environment aligned with Micronu2019s values + Support qualification and startup of an innovative new processing facility Minimum Qualifications: + 10+ years semiconductor experience, including DRAM, other memory, or logic/foundry + Deep knowledge of Diffusion, CVD, PVD, and process transfer + 5+ years leading process engineering teams in HVM environment + Experience managing suppliers and driving accountability + Strong communicationskills and ability to build avalues driventeam culture Preferred Qualifications: + Bacheloru2019s orMasteru2019s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field + Experience collaborating with global partners + Background supporting newfabstartup or large-scale technology transitions As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
