Installs, inspects, maintains, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on all heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. + Prepares the preventive maintenance schedule and produces reports. + Coordinates and performs electrical equipment maintenance, installations, and modifications per all applicable codes and regulations. + Assists in the operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems, overseeing essential repairs and other duties. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: u2022 Ability to identify equipment needs, parts and supplies, and maintain adequate inventory. [Required] u2022 Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English. [Required] u2022 Must have the ability to document records neatly and accurately. [Required] u2022 Ability to generate requisitions for materials and supplies. [Required] u2022 Ability to assign priority and teams in a timely manner.
