DescriptionAre you an experienced Product Manager who wants to be part of an innovative and growing business at the nexus of financial services and consumer retail? The Amazon Payment Products team needs a Senior Product Manager to define and drive strategy and product feature development with measurable P&L impact, to create internal and external product features, and to deepen the integration of our products with Amazonu2019s Retail platform. This role will focus on Fraud Prevention for US CBCC with layers, controls, and growing the Customer Trust Hub (CTH). The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and strong in: u00b7 Product management and development, analyzing customer behavior, conducting customer research, and developing product features and services that deliver bar-raising customer experiences u00b7 Fraud Prevention techniques and processes to identify risk, fraud, and abuse across the product lifecycle, build prevention controls, and partner with teams for fraud detection. u00b7 Build on existing KPIs and work closely with the CBCC Tech team to deliver product improvements that reduce risk, and empower customers. u00b7 Business management, creating business strategy, owning P&L and managing program metrics u00b7 Project management, creating business justifications and functional requirements for product features and services. This position involves regular communication with senior leadership on risks, financial and operational program metrics. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate has superior analytical abilities and a track record of finding practical, simple and creative solutions to complicated problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality. This role supports the US Co-branded Credit Card business as part of the North American regional organization. Key job responsibilities We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Fraud Prevention credit card roadmap for the US co-brand credit card. You will be responsible for: u2022 Owning the long-term roadmap for credit card Fraud Prevention u2022 Defining the vision, animating that product vision for stakeholders, and bringing the vision to life u2022 Owning end to end fraud prevention products and programs within credit card; delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment u2022 Constructing mechanisms to ensure customer feedback is understood and acted on u2022 Be a subject matter expert on customer experience ; and use that expertise to influence programs across the Consumer Payments org A day in the life In a typical day, you'll be interacting with internal and external cross-functional teams to understand fraud and abuse risks, develop product strategies to meet those risks, build the business cases to justify the development, measure the success of tests, and scale successes. You will regularly work with engineering, marketing, design, data engineering & data science, legal, finance, operations, and fellow product managers to create vision and implement aligned plans. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
