You'll provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, clients and visitors. This entry-level position provides an outstanding opportunity to launch your career in commercial property management, where you'll work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to your growth and development.What your day-to-day will look like:Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactionsProcess and coordinate work orders for maintenance, repairs, and facility services to ensure timely resolution of tenant needsCollaborate with property management, engineering, and vendor teams to ensure seamless service delivery and tenant satisfactionSupport building events, communications, and community engagement initiatives that enhance the tenant experienceProvide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of tenant databasesRequired qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred1-2 years of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or office environments1-2 years of experience with work order management systems and vendor coordinationExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanorStrong organizational abilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyReliable attendance and punctuality with commitment to providing consistent, high-quality serviceThis position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position:50,000.00 - 60,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
