About the role A seasoned QA Program Manager with over 15 years of experience in testing and P&C Insurance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep understanding of QA processes, expertise in test planning and strategy, and the ability to manage full project lifecycle, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals. In this role, you will: + Program Planning and Execution u2013 Manage commercial underwriting and Claims programs. + Stakeholder and CIO Management u2013 Manage communication and expectations of C- level stakeholders , especially CIO and Quality Engineering and Assurance leadership. + Influence and align CIO strategic goals with Program Delivery (Test Automation, Gen AI implementation, Data Strategy). + Change Management and Adoption u2013 Lead organizational change management for process, strategies, and tools. + Serve as Champion for Transformation and Innovation. + Develop and Manage program budgets. + Identify Risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies across program components. Based on this roleu2019s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Charlotte, NC. What you need to have to be considered + 10+ years of Program/Project Management. + 15+ years of testing experience with strong understanding of testing methodologies, techniques. + At least 3 years of Commercial P&C Claims experience. + Proven experience of working with CIOs + Strong mix of Business and Technical acumen. + Strong stakeholder management skills with solid interpersonal communications including verbal and written communications.
