Instrumentation Calibration Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the Life Science Manufacturing industry, is seeking multiple Instrumentation/Calibration Techs to join their team. Job Title: Instrumentation Calibration Technician Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina Payrange : $43-50/hr on W2 What's the Job? + Perform Troubleshooting, calibrations, PMs to all manufacturing and laboratory equipment and systems + Perform electronic maintenance of pressure, temperature, flow, weight, pH, DO, and other critical process parameter measuring devices on a wide variety of process and utility equipment + Temperature/humidity mapping + Pressure/vacuum calibration + Pipette calibration + Weight/force calibrations + pH/Conductivity + Balances, incubators, ovens + Troubleshoot and repair electrical and pneumatic control circuits + Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R, water systems, chillers, boilers + Document all performed work on work orders, calibration data sheets, and other forms, as required + Follow standard procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with safety and cGMP quality standards + Perform loop checks for new instrumentation + Perform LOTO What's Needed? + Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering is preferred + Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in maintenance, calibration, or a related field specifically in a cGMP regulated environment (preference for Pharma/Biotech industry) + Intermediate knowledge of PLC systems for process control troubleshooting + Working knowledge of pressure, temperature, flow, Ph, conductivity instruments + Working knowledge of HVAC, water systems, boilers, chillers, and bioreactors + Experience with GMP requirements and familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) such as ProCalV5, Maximo, or Infor EAM + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment What's in it for me? + Opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art Life Science Manufacturing Facility + Engage in meaningful work that contributes to making a difference in people's lives + Collaborate with a dedicated and innovative team + Gain valuable experience in a growing industry with potential for career advancement + Work in a supportive environment that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement Upon completion of waiting period consultants are eligible for: + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans + Dental Plan + Vision Plan + Health Savings Account + Health Flexible Spending Account + Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account + Supplemental Life Insurance + Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance + Business Travel Insurance + 401(k), Plus Match + Weekly Pay If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
