Primary Function Based at our Tucson, AZ, location, the Assembler (1st Shift) will assemble residential water treatment systems. The successful candidate will be able to accurately work from a bill of materials to determine required media and components. The candidate will be trained and work all phases of the assembly line to include tank filling, final assembly, and packaging. The Assembler will have the skill set to work both accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner. Regularly Scheduled Hours: 1st Shift - Monday through Friday; 7:00 am u2013 3:30 pm CST Hourly Rate of Pay: + $17.87/hr to start + $18.59 after 6 months + Additional increase based on approve 2027 pay structure at 12 months Responsibilities We are a drug-free facility and require all employees to pass a drug screen and background check. + Reading Bill of Materials + Pick Parts from Multiple Locations + Assemble Components + Inventory control + Shop clean up + Quality control Qualifications + HS Diploma or GED required + 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred + Good attitude and team player + Ability to repeatedly lift 50lbs + Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 60 days of hire + Measurement/mathematical skills + Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
