What You'll Do: + Perform moderate and high-complexity laboratory tests and analyses on patient samples + Troubleshoot instruments, maintain QC logs, ensure regulatory and safety compliance + Consult with providers, communicate critical results, and contribute to multidisciplinary care + Manage inventory and supplies to keep the lab running smoothly + Complete required documentation, proficiency testing, and participate in ongoing training Whether youu2019re running a STAT CBC, investigating abnormal results, or backing up bench staff, you are essential to every patient outcome.
