We offer weekly pay between $22.00-$24.00 an hour Office hours Monday -Friday 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00-5:30pm. The office address is: 148 39th St. Suite 19-4-BB Brooklyn, NY 11232. Our Benefits: + Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage + 401(k) retirement plan + Paid time off and holidays + Employee assistance programs and wellness initiatives + Flexible options to support a balanced life Responsibilities What You'll Do: + Scheduling & Assignments: Coordinate and assign Paraprofessionals to students' cases that given by the NY Board of Education. + Data Management: Document all notes and updates in HHA Exchange, verify staff attendance, and maintain accurate schedules. + Supervision & Support: Provide supervision and direction to Paraprofessional personnel, complete administrative supervision, and document relevant information. + Payroll & Administration: Accurately submit timesheets in HHA Exchange for payroll processing and assist in scheduling in-service training for Paraprofessionals. + Customer Service: Conduct daily calls to schools and parents, or guardians of the students, ensuring excellent customer service and timely reporting of incidents to supervisors. + Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team and organization. Qualifications What You'll Bring: + Excellent organizational skills: ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities. + Strong problem-solving skills. + Excellent verbal communication skills, primarily on the telephone. + Mature demeanor needed for directing others on cases. + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. + Familiarity with HHA Exchange software, strong time management, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain professionalism under pressure. Education and Experience: + High school diploma or GED. + Minimum two (2) years of previous experience. + Preferred : At least 1 year of experience as a home care coordinator and bilingual Spanish skills. + Previous experience with working with the elderly and/or disabled or must display a compassionate attitude for that constituent. Physical Requirements: + Sedentary u2013 ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. + Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information. _The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
