This position will be hybrid out of our Fairfax, VA or McLean, VA location. This role serves as the subject-matter expert and operational leader for performance management and succession planning, while also applying a broad range of OD skillsu2014including organization design, organizational effectiveness, and change enablementu2014to drive strategic impact across the business. As a key member of our Talent Development team, you will consult with HR partners and business leaders to diagnose organizational needs, design solutions, and deliver high-impact programs. You will manage the full lifecycle of critical talent processes and contribute to broader OD initiatives that enhance structure, culture, and performance.
