This position will be hybrid out of our Fairfax, VA or McLean, VA location. This role serves as the subject-matter expert and operational leader for performance management and succession planning, while also applying a broad range of OD skillsu2014including organization design, organizational effectiveness, and change enablementu2014to drive strategic impact across the business.
