Associates are responsible for completing any and all duties assigned as required for the successful operation of our business. All associates are required to perform their job duties in a manner which upholds the integrity and honesty of our company.Reporting for assigned shifts on time, and on a regular basis, capable of communicating clearly and demonstrating suitable physical abilities to safety perform assigned tasks and duties, prepared to provide excellent service.Promoting sales and exceptional service though active discussions with guests and assisting them when on the sales floor.Understanding and capable of performing the following:Verifying, reconciling, and/or reporting cashiers' tills, store safe, daily salesPreparing daily deposit for bank, daily cash report, and checker reconciliation reportAssisting associates with required registration documents, uniforms, and time clockAuditing, correcting, and updating payroll punch detail and other payroll recordsRecording and maintaining stores accounts receivable transactionsMaintaining store records according to the company records retention policiesOrdering uniforms, office supplies, postage stamps, and coinOverseeing, scheduling and recording associate training in HR system.Checking electronic mail system regularly and distributing messages as neededUsing
