Description Customer Accounts Representative u2022 Monday u2013 Friday u2022 8 AM u2013 5 PM with two late nights a week (11 AM u2013 8 PM late nights are never on Friday) with every other Saturdays (twice a month - 8 AM u2013 12 PM) u2022 This position is a light collections positions, meaning youu2019re calling customers who have only missed one payment (between 1 and 29 days past due). Also, collecting credit card info, or if customers donu2019t have auto-pay turned on, or if they forgot their password to log in etc. Any u201cheavyu201d collections activity goes to another department. This is more of a customer service role, because often times youu2019re talking to people who need help adding a credit card, changing their expired payment method, donu2019t have auto-pay turned on, forgot their password to log in and pay, etc. Any u201cheavyu201d collections activity goes to another department. Credit Department Other Information: - 6-month contract to hire - Onsite in Irving - Looking for career minded individuals - Will be cross-trained and moved between departments every few months or so Skills bachelor's degree, customer service, call center, auto finance, data entry, Customer service oriented, Support, Customer service skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of IRVING, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
