Your handsu2011on testing, analysis, and problemu2011solving work will directly support the development of industryu2011leading AC drives. Youu2019ll collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines, work with advanced test equipment, and contribute to solutions that make a real difference in how the world uses energy. What Youu2019ll Be Doing + Operate and support printed circuit board test fixtures and functional board testing setups. + Build and document test setups , including instrumentation and electrical or mechanical assemblies. + Troubleshoot and repair PCBAs , including soldering, componentu2011level diagnostics, and functional testing. + Perform root cause analysis on circuit boards and power electronic components and prepare clear technical reports. + Maintain laboratory instrumentation, organize work areas, and review documentation in PDM systems. What We're Looking For + A Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s degree in Electrical Engineering plus experience in a product development or test lab environment. + Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuits , power electronics, and the ability to read electrical schematics and oneu2011line diagrams. + Proficiency with electronic test equipment , including oscilloscopes, function generators, DC power supplies, and data acquisition systems. + Handsu2011on experience with PCBA troubleshooting and repair ; PCB design and Layout; familiarity with AC drives, LabVIEW, PLCs, or Python is a plus. + An understanding of electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E) and the ability to learn new tools, manage time, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
