About the role Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for an Aquatic Class Instructor to join the aquatic team at our state-of-the-art facility in Bentonville, Arkansas . _This is a part-time position teaching approximately 5 classes per week._ Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe aquatic exercise classes to members. Minimum Requirements + Current Aquatic group exercise instructor certification required. + Adult & pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date. + 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred. + Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Compensation: $20 - $28/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
