Job Summary and QualificationsThe Registered Nurse (RN) Case Management Supervisor is a working leader who promotes patient-centered care bycoordinating the plan of care throughout the patient stay, managing length of stay, ensuring appropriate resourceutilization, and developing a safe and appropriate discharge plan in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. TheSupervisor facilitates the progression and transition of care using established criteria and supports quality outcomesand patient throughput while balancing optimal care and resource addition to maintaining a full caseload, the RN Case Management Supervisor provides clinical leadership andoperational support to the RN Case Management team. This includes mentoring staff, monitoring documentation andregulatory compliance, supporting daily operations, and collaborating with the Manager to implement performanceimprovement initiatives and staff development programs. The Supervisor serves as a resource for complex cases,escalates barriers to care, and fosters a culture of accountability, excellence, and teamwork What qualifications you will need:Education & Experience:Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred RequiredMinimum 3 years clinical nursing experience. RequiredMinimum 2 years case management experience. RequiredPrior Team Lead or Supervisory experience preferredLicensure, Certifications, Training: Credential:Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice according to law and regulation.
