Byutilizingthe food service team, this manageris responsible forthe efficient execution of all fresh food/ food service programs in compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines and supporting the General Manager in allfacetsof running the store. The FSMis responsible fortraining the Food Service Associates in the store. The FSMis responsible formaintaininga safe,sanitary,and appetizing food service environment.FSMensures exceptional customer experience. The FSMis responsible fortheselection,development,and training of all associates in the department.Overseeing the complete kitchen operation from open to close:Maintain a clean and organized kitchen including workstation, ovens, walk in/freezer, and dry storageShipping and receiving of all productsTake inventory andmaintainthe inventoryPlace product orders; both phone and electronic ordering systemMaintain strict sanitation standards for you and your team, adhering to both city and state regulations; keepServSafecertification up to dateUnderstand and enforce sanitation and allergen protocolsHire,trainand take part in one-on-one coaching for your team with the support of the General Manager andassistwith staff reviews.Cooking and bakingVendor relationsAccounting,billingand invoicingBudget managementMenu development and specialselectionKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:High School Diploma or equivalentA minimum of 3 years of professional kitchen management experienceEager to learnOpen to feedback and committed to continuous improvementHave a passion for great food and hospitalityExperienced in coaching, training, and developing othersAbility to work unsupervisedPossess strong computer skillsMust be available via phone after regular businesshours,weekendsand holidaysFlexibility to work weekend, holiday and/or evening shifts andassistother locations as neededMust have reliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseAbility to communicate effectively with associates and guestsAbility to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperworkAbility tooperateand use all equipment necessary tooperatethe storeAbility to work in a fast aced environmentWork in intermittent temperatures (i.e.cooler, outside, etc.,)Attention to detailStrong decision-making skillsStrongfinancial managementskillsPhysical Requirements:Frequent bending, reaching, lifting of 1 to 15lbsBe able toliftto 50lbs on occasionReaching above shoulder height and bending below waistBe able to freely access all areas of the storeMove quickly around storePay Range$49,000.00 - $57,000.00The pay range for this position is outlined above.
