Expediter/ food runnerWe are seeking a passionate professional expediter for an upscale breakfast, lunch and brunch restaurant. We are in the "Happy People Business" and serve guests from all over the globe. If you love people, love to serve guests and are a quick learner, this may be the opportunity for you. Our hours of operation are 8-3 P.M. 7 days a week. You should be able to:Pleasantly greet guestsInteract with kitchen & service staff in a pleasant mannerMake sure food is promptly served to correct tables in the right orderRelay special orders to cooksFinish plates properly per specificationBe able to explain dishes to guestMaintain clean orderly work spaceEnsure guests have a great experienceOther duties as assignedBenefits:This is a tipped position.Established in 2012 by Dr. Tanya & Craig Richardson who had a desire to add an eclectic world class restaurant to the vibrant Chicago brunch scene. The idea was simple: offer the freshest food possible with flavors that people would come from all over the world to experience, and want to come back for more.
