Description Our client is looking for an experienced Revenue Cycle Reports Analyst to join their team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing financial operations and ensuring the seamless flow of revenue processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Analyze and interpret revenue cycle data to identify trends and recommend improvements. u2022 Manage billing, claims processing, and coding to ensure accurate and timely transactions. u2022 Oversee reimbursement procedures and address denials to optimize financial outcomes. u2022 Develop and present comprehensive reports using advanced tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI. u2022 Collaborate with various departments to align processes and enhance operational efficiency. u2022 Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders across different levels. u2022 Monitor key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of revenue cycle operations. u2022 Implement strategies to streamline workflows and improve financial analytics. u2022 Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all revenue cycle activities. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Healthcare, Accounting, or a related field. u2022 Minimum of 7 yearsu2019 experience in revenue cycle operations. u2022 At least 2 years of direct experience with healthcare reporting and analytics. u2022 Strong knowledge of billing, coding, claims processing, and reimbursement procedures. u2022 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for reporting and analysis. u2022 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. u2022 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve organizational goals.
