A deep backlog of work that keeps you leading year-round.Company ownership—yes, you become an owner here.Autonomy to run your projects and your crew the right way.Partners to solve difficult problems from peers, project managers, engineers and sales leaders.If you're a foreman, lead hand, or working superintendent who takes pride in leading people on the ground, tackling tough challenges, and delivering quality—this is where you can grow.What You’ll LeadAs a Superintendent, you’ll manage field crews on geotechnical and geohazard mitigation projects across the U.S.Your core responsibilities include:Leading crews installing slope stabilization and geohazard mitigation systemsCreating and executing safety plans—protecting your people is priority #1Managing schedule, production, and budget performanceHandling documentation: daily logs, photos, as-builts, checklists, complianceCoaching and developing crew members; conducting performance reviews and corrective actionsCoordinating crew travel and logistics with partners in Travel and Project ManagementEnsuring equipment maintenance and jobsite organizationCommunicating clearly with clients and internal teamsWhat You BringYou’ll thrive here if you’re a hands-on leader who stays calm, communicates clearly, and brings out the best in your crew.Required:5+ years in construction in Geotechnical, Environmental, Civil or similar industries managing projects that involve casing or rock hammer drilling, shotcrete application, slope or soils work.1+ year in lead hand, foreman or working superintendent rolesAbility to read scopes, specs, drawings, and execute a project planExperience motivating crews and leading high-quality workStrong communication—clear, direct, solution-orientedAbility to manage multiple priorities while keeping the crew alignedFlexibility to travel and adjust schedules as neededDriver’s license (CDL A is a plus)Work & Travel ExpectationsOutdoor work in climates ranging from mountains to desertsTypical construction-site hazards and noise levelsRegular lifting of 75 lbs+Extensive travel—up to 100% across the U.S.Compensation & BenefitsThis is an hourly leadership role with significant earning potential:$33-$50 per hour based on experience level with the machinery and construction techniques most relevant to our projects.
