Shop Helper

Summary:The Shop Helper provides support to the onsite Management and Technicians.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Clean and organize the shop inventory of tools and partsFollow direction of and assist technicians with onsite work and in the shopWork independently on tasks assignedDeliver parts or equipmentAssist with routine equipment maintenance and repairsKeep records of work hours and parts utilized and work performedHandle other requests from management on a timely basisGlobal Responsibilities:Regular attendance and physical presence at work is an essential function of this positionThis job may require additional duties not listed above and the employee may be asked to perform those duties to meet business needsQualifications:Education/Specialized Knowledge/Professional Certifications:Working towards a High School Diploma or equivalentMust have a valid Driver’s License with a good driving recordSkills/Abilities:Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn and take direction from othersHighly disciplined, organized, strong written and oral communication skillsAbility to work independentlyAble to communicate effectivelyEffective problem solverWorking Conditions:Operation within a professional office environment and out in the fieldSubject to loud noise levels in some manufacturing facilitiesRoutine usage of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinetsPhysical Requirements:Regularly required to talk or hear; frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and armsOccasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawlSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusAbility to lift and/or carry up to 50lbs.Revitalize Mixers LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
