EMS Supervisor

The EMS Supervisor willoversee the daily operations of the Six Flags EMS division. This role willprovidein-field guidance to providers and coordinate responses from outside agencies.The EMS supervisor will serve as the primary liaison betweenpark/department leadership.Pay Rate: $22.50-$25.20Respond tomedical emergencies andassistwith clinical guidance where neededProvide oversight during daily operations to ensure operational readinessMonitor patient care interactions and provide quality assurance/quality improvement, as well as ensuring that associates are adhering to the medical director's standing medical protocolsUtilize safety documentation/EHS platform to conduct audits,monitorstaff documentation,assistwith claims, and conduct safety investigationsConduct performance evaluations andassistwith hiring, onboarding, and training of EMTsOversees completion of associate availability and creating monthly schedulePromote a culture of safety and risk mitigation within EMS operationsPrepare reports and communicate operational issues to leadershipAssistin developing and implementing operational policies and proceduresParticipate in medical skills evaluations and continuing education activitiesHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredMust be a minimum of 18 years of ageMust be customer service oriented, friendly, and work with other departmentsMust belicensed or certified by the Texas Department of State Health Services or NREMT as either an EMT or ParamedicMust have at least one calendar year of experience working as an EMT/Paramedic within the departmentSchedule8-10 hours shiftsDayshiftWeekendsHolidaysPreferred ExperiencePrior experience inpublic safety, security,or emergency dispatch.Knowledge ofradio communication protocolsand emergency response procedures.Background inguest service or high-volume public venues.Licensed Paramedic with at least one year of field experienceSupervisor experience within the EMS field
