As we continue our aggressive expansion, we're seeking a driven, self-directed professional to join us as a Territory Sales Manager.Primary ResponsibilitiesRevenue Development & Market ExpansionMeet and exceed assigned sales objectivesProspect for and develop new business opportunitiesDesign and implement territory-specific market development strategiesAcquire and onboard new commercial customer accountsClient Partnership & SatisfactionCultivate long-term customer loyalty and retentionMonitor and elevate service delivery standardsResolve customer concerns promptly and professionallyEstablish and maintain trusted relationships with automotive shop proprietorsPeople Management & DevelopmentInspire and guide Commercial Managers and Mobile Sales RepresentativesDrive team performance toward established objectivesEnhance overall team efficiency and effectivenessCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiencesEnsure alignment from initial sale through final product deliveryStrategic Planning & Account ManagementPerform comprehensive market research and competitive analysisDevelop and execute targeted business action plansOversee relationships with high-value strategic accountsCompliance & Workplace StandardsMaintain adherence to company policies and proceduresSupport loss prevention initiativesPromote and ensure a safe working environmentMinimum 5 years' experience in Sales in a highly competitive market, with a focus on wholesale auto parts, particularly in the aftermarket industry.
