Job Description

At Infinity Replacement, our Warehouse Administrators play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. They ensure our Project Managers and Installers have exactly what they need—on time, organized, and ready to go. From overseeing inventory and coordinating with Marvin factories to loading, unloading, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations, this position helps power every successful installation we deliver.Supervise all material entering and leaving the warehouseCoordinate ETAs and identify any potential delaysOversee loading and unloading proceduresAssist with loading/unloading trucks as neededMake material runs for jobsite shortages; local travel for parts and suppliesPlan warehouse layout and maintain optimal organizationManage weekly and monthly inventory counts to ensure accuracyCoordinate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenanceEnsure adherence to health and safety regulationsMaintain documentation for regulated and hazardous materialsProvide support on projects as neededAssist with building upkeep (snow removal, minor repairs, cleaning, etc.)Experience managing, supervising, or organizing a warehouseExperience with Excel and inventory management software (preferred)Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionComfort using desktop computers and related peripheralsAbility to work in warehouse environments with varying temperaturesPhysical ability to:Lift, push, pull, and carry at least 50 lbsStand at least 6 hours per dayClimb ladders and stairs; kneel as neededValid driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
