Do you take pride in precision work and helping others grow? If so, we want to meet you.We’re looking for an experienced Senior Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. In this role, you’ll operate, set up, and program CNC press brake equipment while serving as a mentor to less‑experienced operators. You’ll work with a variety of metals, produce accurate formed components, and help maintain efficient, safe, and high‑quality production.What You’ll DoProgram, set up, and operate CNC press brakesTrain and mentor junior and mid‑level operatorsSelect tooling, set up dies and gauges, and ensure proper machine configurationsPerform first-article inspections and routine quality checks using calipers, protractors, height gauges, etc.Review engineering drawings and specifications to produce accurate, high‑quality componentsDocument quantities, scrap, downtime, and other production metricsCollaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve fitment or fabrication issuesMaintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized work areaSupport continuous improvement initiativesPerform other duties as neededWhat You BringStrong experience with CNC press brake controls (Cincinnati, Mitsubishi, Pullmax preferred)Proven ability to set up tooling, dies, and back gaugesAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&TSolid understanding of metal forming characteristics across various materialsProficiency with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, angle gauges)Basic math, geometry, and trigonometry skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and qualityEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED required5+ years of CNC press brake programming, setup, and operationTechnical or vocational training in metal fabrication preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, bend, reach, and work for extended periodsCapability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle heavier materials with assistanceIf you’re an expert press brake operator looking for a long-term home where your skills matter, we’d love to hear from you.
