This is a critical role that ensures our installations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will:Bring experience in the HVAC industry, especially with residential installationsHave the ability to review cut sheets and work orders and draw new sheet metal orders based on measurements (preferred but not required)Basic understanding of HVAC local county codes and inspections highly preferredBe skilled in selecting the correct equipment for residential HVAC installationsPossess knowledge of mechanical codes to ensure complianceBe able to create accurate material lists for each jobWhat Makes You a Strong Candidate?Proficiency with computers and a knack for learning new systemsExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsDependability and a strong work ethicCompensation and Office Hours:Compensation:$70,000-$80,000/year, commensurate with experienceHours:Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PMBenefits:Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement plan with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesFree gym membershipJoining a dynamic and high-culture team with opportunities for growth and advancementF.H.
