Annual performance based raises.Full Time 40+ hours per weekWork outside year-round in a variety of weather conditionsMust be able to lift 50-80lbs regularly and able to operate a propane forklift safelyMust meet company production requirementsLocates and pulls orders correctly by type, style, quantity to complete order2 years Forklift experienceMust have building material product knowledgeMust have material handling backgroundMust have exceptional customer service skillsMust wear PPEPaid weekly on FridaysDiscretionary profit share after one year of employmentSix paid holidays and PTO ImmediatelyAt Curtis Lumber we embrace a culture of accountability and safety.
