Work with the project team to develop this standard.Analyze material and labor requirements to complete a projectAttend pre-bid and scope review meetingsREQUIRED6-8 years of experience with a High School Diploma, 4-6 years of experience with an Associate degree, or 0-2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degreeStrong computer, Bluebeam, ConEst, and Microsoft Suite skillsKnowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Low Voltage Systems.Read and evaluate specifications and blueprints.Deal effectively with customers.Analyze risks involved with certain project types.Estimate large and small projects.Work calmly under deadlines and external pressure.Excellent math skills.Strong communication skills.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
