Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) Location: Round Rock, TX Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday, 8:00 AMu20135:00 PM (No weekends) About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detailu2011driven Pharmacist in Charge to lead the launch and daily operations of a brandu2011new pharmacy location in Round Rock. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who thrives in autonomy, excels in operational leadership, and is ready to build something exceptional from the ground up. Key Responsibilities + Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge in compliance with all state Board of Pharmacy regulations. + Lead all startup efforts for the new pharmacy, ensuring full operational readiness from day one. + Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). + Oversee medication preparation, dispensing, verification, and documentation processes with precision. + Ensure continuous readiness for regulatory inspections and accreditation reviews. + Maintain accurate records, inventory management, and compliance documentation. + Represent the pharmacy through internal communication and communityu2011focused events designed to promote services and drive engagement. Qualifications & Skills + Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree. + 5+ years of experience as a Pharmacist in Charge preferred. + Strong organizational, leadership, and problemu2011solving abilities. + Confident communicator, including at the executive level. + Proven ability to operate a pharmacy independently, with exceptional inventory management capabilities. + Experience in startup, closedu2011door, or clinicu2011adjacent pharmacy environments is a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Round Rock, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $69.00 - $76.00/hr.
