One ofMontauk’s Premier Restaurants (Established in 2010)is expandingitshospitality teamand is seeking a passionate, creative, and experienced restaurant manager to join our growing management team in Montauk, New York.Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:Supporting the Restaurant’s Executive Team and in the coordination of daily restaurant operations.Scheduling and training of staff and managers we designateAssisting in the development and implementation of operational strategies and ensuring that guest satisfaction remains a priority.Managing and controlling food, beverage, and labor costs will be a focus while ensuring guest satisfaction through a focus on hospitality, quality control, and proper staffing.Staff placement and training to ensure a proper ambiance and high-quality product will also be an ongoing focus.Restaurant Manager Compensation & Benefits:Competitive Salary 55-75k ( based on experience)Tailored Benefits package, including housing,Two full months off a year if asked backAmazing Company CultureTons of Volume but tons of fun!Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant experience and at least 2 years in a management role at a fine or upscale casual concept.
